My curiosity about technical systems deepened during my time at the Institute for Cyber Security Innovation (iCSI), where I had the fortune of being mentored by Mr. Beck. His guidance was pivotal in shaping my understanding of the intricacies and vulnerabilities inherent in software systems. His insights and dedication to teaching broadened my technical knowledge and sparked a more profound interest in cybersecurity.

Following a recommendation from Mr. Beck, I joined Cyber Patriots, a cyber defense competition run by the AFA. In my first year as a team leader, I learned the crucial skills of organization and leadership. In my later years at Cyber Patriots, my team and I proudly won the SATX Cyber Texas Mayors Cup. This achievement was not just a personal victory but a testament to the power of teamwork, dedication, and strategic thinking.

As I look to the future, I am eager to explore IT and cybersecurity further, building on the solid foundation of my experiences and the inspiring people I've met along the way.
